Simon is looking for his forever home! He was surrendered by his owner to the shelter when the owner's children became allergic to him. His foster has described him as epitome of a curious cat. He is always in motion and generally chirping to entice one of the other cats to play with him. He also chirps for chin rubs. When not playing, he is happy to snuggle in your lap, especially if the TV is on. He can be cautious of newcomers but once he warms up he is very friendly.
Please note that cats adopted through DC PAWS must be indoor only, and may not be declawed.
